Fighting lockdown boredom with IKEA


The idea is already a bit older – IKEA realeased their manuals in May 2020 – but with the current situation it keeps being interesting. Here, IKEA is showing easy ways to turn furniture into wigwams or fortresses. It shows a good way on how to build and tend to strong customer relationships, including your products – and reflecting actual customer needs. So get your kids to do something fun while schools are closed. And if you are a brand manager – think about ways on how your brand can help „fight lockdown boredom“. Or think up other actual needs that customers might be struggling with.
