Decentralized workplaces for teams, anyhow being well informed and communicating with each other?
Living digitization and transformation? Business as usual for the “Berliner Stadtreiningung (BSR)”. Because the BSR has been using the internal employee app „myBSR“ since 2018 to communicate with 5,600 colleagues in 68 different professions across the city via various channels, documents and websites.
Katharina Baartz (Employer Branding Manager, BSR) and René Worlitzer (Social Media and Community Manager, BSR) vividly presented that their app has not only proven itself so far but also creates the freedom to try something new in the corona crisis. This includes motivating employee through video messages from the board of directors,
using the additional channel called #GeradeJetztDigital, to empower them with tips and tricks for remote work or providing emotional support to deal with the challenges of the crisis through a post series of so-called Corona pilots.
Indeed a great case.
